Index out of range with StandardDeviation
Hello,

I am having an issue with this line of code
```
monthly_std_dev = bt.indicators.StandardDeviation(data.close, period=63)
yk = ema_difference / monthly_std_dev
```
The error I get is array index out of range for the monthly_std_dev variable. The ema_difference list the difference between EMA 96 and EMA 32.

Can someone help?
