Bracket order take profit within open candle

Hello gentlemen,
i have noticed that when using manual bracket orders, take profit limit order is not being filled when the condition is met at the same candle as parent position is being opened (at open price of the candle). I assume thats how its supposed to work, could you please explain why? I think IRL it should get filled..

I'm in the same space, it seems to take daily closes as opposed to if high or lows are hit.
I'll let you know if i find something in the documentation.
