      Hi all,

      Have another account on this forum but I forgot my password for it. When attempting to reset my password for that other account, I do get an email containing the password reset link. Clicking on it does lead me to the password reset page but after entering my new password and clicking on the password reset button, it does not work and my password cannot be reset . The bottom of the page also displays a strange message: $(document).ready(function () { app.coldLoad(); }); }. Could an admin kindly assist me with this issue?

        @nutsy Confirmed.

        I was also unable to confirm new password with a new account or reset forgotten password.

          @run-out is this problem specific to Backtrader Community forum only or a more general one for other NodeBB hosted forums ?

            @vladisld I'm not seeing any issues in their forum, website, or github. Doesn't appear on the surface it's a NodeBB problem in general.

            I tried to reset my password on a dummy account and it fails to get pass the screen inputting the new password.

            There's an error code randomly on the screen.

            $(document).ready(function () { app.coldLoad(); }); }

            I just did a search on the above string and couldn't find anything relevent, except.... a backtrader posting came up in the search listings pretty high. Sure enough, the error code is at the bottom of the page.

            That's all I know for now.

                    Same here. I forgot my password, and can't reset password by the recovery process.

                    In addition, I register a new account, but I don't receive the verify email.

                    And I tried to register with 4 email address, including 3 gmail and 1 hotmail, only one got verify email, which is the current used.
