So for oil or CL the multiplier should be 10,000. Is that correct?

Stake seems to be number of contracts to buy (yes futures). I do not know what mult is though. The examples often use 10. I do not know what is typically multiplied by 10. Still looking at examples.

Yes, mult in commission scheme is multiplier for futures, the examples refer to Eurostoxx50 which is 10 EUR per contract.

For future like instruments this determines the multiplicator to apply to profit and loss calculations.

This is what makes futures attractive and risky at the same time.
