In the plot chart, the buy and cover_short trading are the same, and the short and close_long trading are the same. I used to try some other backtest platform, they have more type of trading types, and they are plotted with different flags. is it possible in the backtrader framework? (cover_short are the trading that close the short positions, and close_long are the trading that close the long positions)
      thanks!

It is possible, but requires some programming skills. I think you need to write your own BuySell observer which will distinguish different types of trades.
