Trigger when indicators begin to converge rapidly

Please help, I'm trying to determine the rapid convergence of curves/indicators for example EMA10 and EMA20 to close position before curves will cross. Is there any internal function/algo similar to CrossOver but which can be triggered when indicators begin to converge rapidly ?
Thanks everyone for help.

No. But one of the reasons
backtraderwas created was to allow for rapid experimentation with new Indicators. You will have to define what

@niceboss, if you wouldn't mind sharing what you come up with I think your idea could have some utility. Taking a moving average of the derivatives and setting a threshold value (ex. -6 $/h for short ema, -4$/h for med ema, etc..) to where if the criteria is met for all three you've got signal, might be a solution. Thanks!
A, probably naive, approach would be to define the acceleration of the value diference when the absolute value approaches zero.
